Those principles are built into Merified, our AI-powered assistant that anonymizes early-stage applications and enriches profiles to deliver fair, data-driven shortlists recruiters can stand behind. It was a great opportunity to connect with potential partners across HR tech, education, and the public sector—and to explore pilots that put fair, auditable hiring into practice.
